Processing Time
Pre-Made Items
Pre-made items will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after the conclusion of the sale period. Orders are not packed or shipped during the active drop, as we begin fulfillment only once the sale officially ends. This ensures accurate handling and smooth delivery.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. These items will take 4 to 6 weeks to process and ship, starting after the sale period ends. We appreciate your patience while we work to deliver high-quality products with care.
